Just before half term, some members of Years 5 and 6 were chosen to compete at a Camden wide athletics competition. Many schools from across the borough were there to compete for the medals and we were entered into various races. We were entered into 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m. First we had the heats to decide who would make it to the semi-finals and eventually the finals. Some of us made it to the semi finals but only 3 children from our schools made it to finals. One person from our class even won a silver medal in the 200m! Even if we didn’t win any of our races, we still enjoyed cheering on our teammates!
