This week in school, we had a very exciting visit from a theatre company, who performed ‘A Christmas Carol’.
We have been learning about ‘A Christmas Carol’ in our English lessons over the last five weeks, so it was very exciting to see the play come to life. The production helped us to answer our discussion question this week “Was Scrooge a bad man?”
In DT, we made a prototype of a zoetrope. The zoetrope was first invented in the Victorian Era and is known as one of the first forms on animation. After making the prototype, we evaluated how we could improve it next week.
In History and Geography, we learnt from each other. We took inspiration from Holborn Library and created information posters based on what each other had researched at the library.
