The school maintains a healthy budget through the efficient allocation of resources, both human and financial, against the School development priorities and needs of the pupils.
We have strict financial procedures in place. The HT and school business manager work together to maintain the budget and provide the Governing Board with the information they need to maintain their strategic oversight of the school’s finances and work across all areas. This includes budget monitoring reports and detailed updates including any major spending which the Board has to ratify.
The Finance and Resources Committee approve scrutinise and approve the budget before it is returned to the Local Authority.
No member of staff at the school earns in excess of 100k.
