This week was British Science Week and we have been celebrating Science all week in school.
On Monday, we created our own ‘farms of the future’ using renewable and sustainable materials, really exploring how we could make the most out of livestock and the best way to protect the planet.
On Thursday, we had a visitor from ‘Mother Nature Science’ who ran a science workshop, in the session we got to mix chemical and created our own slime as well as learning how different liquids can change shape and form.
On Friday, we started to learn all about Sound. We learnt how sound is just vibration between two objects that allow air inside. This is why we can’t hear anything when we are in space.
