This week, year six went to a workshop that was designed to teach us how to remain safe. We learned how to predict certain dangers when travelling on the underground, discussed how to deal with particular peer-pressures and understand why thieves might target individuals who have their mobile phone exposed when they are walking home.
Not only that, we had a member of the emergency services teach us how to put a person in the recovery position and a member of the London fire brigade show us how to exit our homes safely if there was a fire.
