This week, we celebrated British Science Week by engaging in a variety of activities tailored to Nursery age. The children had a fantastic time exploring the changes that occur during seasons. We ventured outside to observe the blossoming trees. The children enjoyed drawing pictures in their scrapbooks and creating artwork with various materials.
On Friday, we examined the changes in apples. We measured different types of apples to determine their sizes, then explored their scents and tastes to discover our preferences. Finally, we utilised some of the apples in our weekly cooking session to prepare apple pastries with honey.
