Exciting things are happening in our classroom! Today, the children were amazed to find a mysterious egg hidden inside our class volcano. To investigate, they transformed into paleontologists, putting on special outfits and grabbing their magnifying glasses, ready for an adventure!

Ronnie and Katie were quick to get dressed for the mission, leading the way as the children examined the egg with curiosity. Some believed it might be a monster egg, while others were convinced it belonged to a dinosaur!

As the morning went on, the children’s imaginations and problem-solving skills took over. During independent exploration time, they worked together to make sure the egg was safe and warm. They carefully added pillows, food, and water, ensuring it had everything it needed. Noah even asked if we needed an incubator to keep it at the right temperature!

It was wonderful to see the children using teamwork, creativity, and scientific thinking as they cared for the egg. Take a look at the photos below to see their excitement and dedication!

Who knows what might hatch? Stay tuned for updates on our exciting discovery!
