The Reception parents were invited into the classroom this week to share stories with their children and participate in a modelled read session led by Jason.
We were so blown away by the amount of parents who took time to come into the classroom, sit and share stories with their children. And any parents who couldn’t have said they will make time to attend another open morning in the future! The children adore having the parents there and it was so lovely to see you all sharing stories, sitting together and exploring our learning space.
Afterwards, Jason did a modelled read with the whole class and lots of parents stayed to participate in that session too. We are very lucky to have the children and parents, that we do, so thank you.
