This week, Year 4 were very privileged to be invited along to The Bloomsbury Litup Programme at Argyle Primary School to celebrate Harry Potter Book Day. During the session, the children were taught how to draw a dragon and through the team at Warner Bros. Studio, they were taught how to write a character description.
The children got to take part in a draw-along with Harry Potter illustrator Jonny Duddle before a lesson on Magical Creatures with the Learning Team from Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter!
In school this week, we have been celebrating the Harvest Festival with a special visit to St Mary’s Church as well as looking at food chains in pond life.
