Year 2 particularly enjoyed putting on their “Christopher Wren hats” and becoming architects this week.
They designed and sculpted their art work out of numerous cardboard cuttings and bits of paper. They were very good at finding creative ways of layering up their materials and getting things to stick and stay in place.
We wanted to create innovative structures that haven’t been seen before and I have to say some of them really are rather unique and wonderful.
Year 2 used their hands to tear, fold, roll and scrunch paper.
