This week, Year 4 have been practising their class song for the Nativity as well as the school favourite, ‘The Candle Song’.
In Science, we have continued to create circuits but this time we started the lesson making our own switches from butterfly pins, paper clips and card. We discovered that when the paperclip was touching both butterfly pins the circuit was ‘closed’ and the lightbulb would light up. When they weren’t touching, the circuit was open so the lightbulb would not light up.
