On Wednesday, the Reception children once again visited London Zoo—this time to meet Santa!
The children first explored the zoo and visited the reptiles, Galápagos giant tortoises, penguins, butterflies, and squirrel monkeys. After seeing the animals, we then had our chance to meet Santa! As always, the children were beautifully behaved for Santa and listened intently as he shared some pictures and notes from his travels with them.
Afterwards, we had our packed lunches and then explored the Gloucester Gate playground at Regent’s Park.
It is a real pleasure taking Reception on school trips. Their behaviour, resilience, and enthusiasm are infectious. We are very lucky to be their teachers.
