This week was Safer Internet Week. The theme this year is ‘Inspiring Change? Making a difference, managing influence and navigating change online.’ To start the week, we had an assembly where Mr Bridgford spoke to us about using the internet safely and what we can do if something online is worrying us. In class, we did some fun activities including one where looked at how the internet can influence us. We discussed how what we see, hear and read online can influence how we think, feel and act. We looked at different examples and decide how it might make us feel and why (positive, negative, depends, not sure). We all feel very secure in being able to keep ourselves safe online.
