Year 2 have been on a scientific mission to find the stretchiest material.

Working in pairs, our Year 2 scientists stretched putty, Blu- tac and Play dough to their breaking point.

Using rulers, they accurately measured then recorded their results.

With excellent measuring skills now acquired, our budding scientists then recorded the flow of runny honey over a period of time.

The partner work they displayed was excellent; each measuring and recording accurately their results and then went on to present them on a line graph showing time and distance travelled.
