In year six, the students are given opportunities to use technology to enhance their learning experience. In this lesson, the children were using digital mapping software to find information about countries located in Central America.
They were investigating the software’s multiple capabilities that ranged from tracking climate patterns, calculating distances between cities and searching for man-made landmarks.
