Year 2 have been enjoying their new book Zeraffa Giraffa.

They have written passionate, persuasive letters to argue for or against a giraffe being sent to France from Egypt.

We mapped out the journey in class and saw that 2500miles is a long way!

We created arguments for and against this journey.

We explored modal verbs, should and must.

We created rhetorical questions.

Our handwriting was clear.
